Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Unopened, new records can be returned for a full refund.

• Items must be in original condition (unused, sealed, and with all packaging).

Exchanges (In-Store Only)

• If you’d like a different record, you can exchange it in-store within 14 days.

• The item must be in new condition and not damaged.

Refund Processing Timeframe

• Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

2. For in-store returns or exchanges: Bring your item along with the receipt.
