Refund Policy

We have a 5-day return policy if:

  • There is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use for our vinyl records, turntables, or music products

  • If you have received the product in a damaged condition; in this case, you need to inform us about the condition within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you.

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of the product

  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed (such as record needles or cleaning supplies)

  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers

  • Digital products/services (such as download codes)

  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

  • Performance-related issues which vary from user to user (such as turntable sound quality preferences)

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered

  • Charges for value-added services like express delivery, gift wrapping, personalization etc are non-refundable

Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition which includes all price tags, labels, accessories, original packing and the invoice along with the product. And in the case of any manufacturing defects, we require the original packing, accessories and invoice even though the product may have been used by you.
